Chalet Zaza
Three hundred square metres of chalet above Haute-Nendaz, for up to ten people.
Chalet Zaza is the lower two floors of a family building on Chemin de la Fragnière, a few hundred metres above the centre of Haute-Nendaz. Three hundred of its four hundred and fifty square metres are yours. The family keeps the floor above; it is locked, and nobody is in it while you are here.
It sleeps ten. There are two kitchens — the second hidden behind sliding larch doors — three and a half bathrooms, a sauna, a fireplace, a piano, a games room with an arcade cabinet and a pinball machine, and a gym. The main terrace seats ten and looks down the valley.

About the gym
There is a real gym downstairs: a full rig and rack, Olympic bars, a complete dumbbell set, a TRX, bands, a Peloton, a ski erg and a rower.
It is available on request, and it is for adults only. That is a safety condition rather than a formality — it stays shut unless you have asked us to open it, and children are not admitted.
Outside
The main terrace seats ten on benches, with a barbecue and loungers, and looks straight down the valley. A second terrace off the kitchen seats eight. In winter the same view arrives under snow.
Where it is
The village is about 500 metres away and the bus stop about 100. It is five minutes on foot to the funicular, which sets you down directly opposite the entrance to the lifts — and in winter a free shuttle runs from the bus stop to the gondola station. Lockers with drying racks can be rented at the lift, so the skis need never come home with you.
